Susan Trachsel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, emergency management, and strategic communications. As the owner of Trachsel Consulting since April 2024, Susan focuses on empowering individuals through strategic planning and partnership building. Since October 2015, Susan has served as the Assistant Emergency Manager and Project Manager at Lincoln County, contributing to high-level projects and supporting departmental operations. In addition, Susan has been an elected City Councilor and Council President for the City of Siletz, overseeing municipal budgets and operations. Previous roles include operations and policy analyst with the State of Oregon and several positions in human services management and education. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Linfield University and has pursued further studies in educational leadership and technology at the University of Oregon.
