Kelley Porter

Kelley Porter, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and education. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer and Corporate Communications at Lincoln Electric System since December 2011, Kelley plays a key role in aligning the organization's mission to maximize energy value and quality of life. Kelley is also an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, teaching JGEN 200: Technical Communication I, focusing on communication principles for engineering and technology students. Previous roles include Director of Communications at the Nebraska Hospital Association and Owner of Mission Design Group, a consulting and design firm. Kelley holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Concordia University and has a background in graphic design.
