Athena Wu

Athena Wu is an experienced professional in HR technology and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of HRIS Business Relationship at Lincoln Electric since August 2022. In this role, Athena leads a strategic technology program focused on transforming Talent Acquisition on a global scale through the implementation and reimplementation of SuccessFactors RCM and ONB 2.0. Prior experience includes positions at Vail Resorts as Senior Analyst in HR Technology, where Athena was the primary subject matter expert for technology and process redesign for a large seasonal workforce, and at World Wide Technology in various IT roles, including IT Analyst and Scrum Master. Athena holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and International Business from Saint Louis University and is currently pursuing project management certification at Washington University in St. Louis.
