James Mosman

James Mosman is a Senior Customer Training Instructor at Lincoln Electric Welding Technology and Training Center since June 2019, specializing in training and developing welding instructors globally and overseeing curriculum content development for LEEPS/NC3 workshops. Prior to this role, Mosman served as Department Chair at Odessa College from August 1998 to May 2019, managing programs in Welding, Precision Manufacturing, Drafting, Surveying, Automotive, and Diesel, while also acting as DOL Welding Grant Manager from 2007 to 2010. Mosman holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Management from The University of Texas Permian Basin, a certification in Welding Technology from El Paso Trade School, and an Associate of Applied Science in Counseling Psychology from Odessa Community College.
