Jessica Alba

Jessica Alba's work experience includes various roles in human resources, with a focus on international operations. Jessica worked at Lincoln Electric from 2013 to 2021, starting as an HR Manager and progressing to become a Vice President of Human Resources for International Welding. During their time at Lincoln Electric, they led and implemented HR policies and programs, managed HR departments in multiple countries, and oversaw various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee development, organizational changes, and HRIS implementation. Prior to their role at Lincoln Electric, they held HR positions at Kawasaki España, GRUPO EUROFITNESS, SAR QUAVITAE, Caprabo Central de Servicios, and HOSPITAL DEL MAR IMAS.

Jessica Alba's education history includes a Diplomatura en Relaciones Laborales degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, where they studied RRHH from 1998 to 2001. Jessica later earned a Licenciada en Ciencias del Trabajo degree in Derecho laboral from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from 2002 to 2006. In 2013, they attended Esade to pursue Business English studies. Jessica also completed a Master en Derecho del Trabajo in Derecho laboral from IDEC. In 2008 and 2009, Jessica attended Colegio Graduados Sociales, focusing on Técnico Superior Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Currently, they are pursuing their Global Leadership Development Program MBA from the University of Michigan, which they started in 2019 and will complete in 2021. Additionally, Jessica plans to pursue an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from EAE Business School.
