Lon Damon

Lon Damon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sports marketing and education within the welding industry. Currently serving as a Sports Marketing Specialist for Lincoln Electric since March 2009, responsibilities include managing sponsorships and branding at race venues and facilitating private tours for guests. In addition, Lon has been a Trade Show Event Coordinator and Evening Welding Instructor at A-tech since September 2006, overseeing a comprehensive welding program that covers various welding techniques and related skills. Lon's earlier roles at Lincoln Electric included positions as a Welding Instructor and R&D Lab Technician, with a foundational education from Jefferson Area High School.
