Noah Chavez

Noah Chavez is an Engineering Trainee at Lincoln Electric since June 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in engineering and operations. Previously, Noah worked as Junior Manufacturing Engineer at Talan Products, Inc., where collaborative efforts with plant and maintenance managers led to the development of new procedures and training for operators, while applying Lean Manufacturing principles for process improvement. Prior roles include Event and Operations Staff at AEG Presents, Resident Assistant and Campus Tour Guide at Case Western Reserve University, Teaching Assistant at Bosque School, and a Summer Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Noah holds a Master of Engineering & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, both from Case Western Reserve University.
