Sheldon Wray

Sheldon Wray has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sheldon started their career at Geek Squad in 2006 as a Geek Squad Autotech and Home Theater Technician, where they worked until 2011. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at Wray's Electric & Construction as a Project Manager and Field Team Lead, gaining experience in managing projects and leading teams. In 2012, they joined Lincoln Electric as a Technical Sales Engineer and later moved up to the position of Senior Technical Sales Engineer in 2017. During this time, they managed key accounts such as Tesla Motors and focused on business development and strengthening brand awareness. In 2019, they became a Product Manager for Advanced Technology Products at Lincoln Electric, responsible for product management and strategy. In 2021, they were promoted to Manager of the Advanced Technology Equipment & Software Solutions Product Management Group, where they led a team in developing value propositions and sales strategies for flagship products. Currently, they hold the position of Director of the Advanced Technology Equipment and Software Solutions Business Unit, where they continue to lead and innovate within the industry.

Sheldon Wray has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Sheldon also studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Mt. San Antonio College. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. In addition, Sheldon has certifications as a Certified Welding Educator and a Certified Welding Inspector from the American Welding Society.
