Amy Ponticello

Amy Ponticello is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at Lincoln Financial Group since August 2015, Amy has successfully led teams in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies for the company’s HR, diversity, equity and inclusion, and corporate responsibility sectors. This role included significant contributions to pandemic response communications. Previous positions at Lincoln included Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications, focusing on internal change management and communications for a workforce of 4,000 employees, as well as leading communications for the Group Insurance business. Prior to Lincoln, Amy was a Public Relations Specialist at Delaware Investments, where responsibilities encompassed media relations, advertising, and internal communications, along with a brief stint in marketing communications. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Spanish from Penn State University.
