Chelsey Lepak

Chelsey Lepak is an experienced implementation and business management professional with a robust background in the health insurance sector. Currently serving as the Implementation Enrollment Manager for Regional Accounts at Lincoln Financial Group since March 2024, Chelsey previously held multiple roles at UnitedHealth Group from June 2008 to April 2024, including Senior Implementation Manager and Business Manager of Specialty Contracts. Responsibilities included leading onboarding processes for complex accounts, organizing implementation teams, and developing efficiencies in processes and systems.
