Marcin Kielbowicz

Marcin Kielbowicz is an experienced professional in HR technology, currently serving as an Associate LPP at Lincoln Financial Group since June 2018. In this role, Marcin collaborates with business analysts to develop technical designs for integrations transitioning to a new HCM system and has successfully created multiple integrations using SAP HCI middleware for notable companies like Mercer, UBS, and O.C. Prior to this position, Marcin completed an internship at Lincoln Financial Group in summer 2017, where analysis of regression test scripts and the creation of automated test scripts using Selenium Webdriver were key responsibilities. Marcin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University, obtained in 2018.
