Patricia McCue Tucker

Patricia McCue Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as Director of Rewards & Incentives at Lincoln Financial Group since February 2015, Patricia has also held the position of Senior HR Manager for Global Rewards at Unisys since February 2013. Prior roles include Director of Compensation and Human Resource Director at SunGard Availability Services, as well as Human Resource Director and Senior Manager of Compensation Operations at Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. Patricia began their career at Sorbus, Inc. as a Marketing Support Specialist. Educationally, Patricia holds an MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
