Tia Perry

Tia Perry is an experienced professional in the healthcare insurance industry, currently serving as the Implementation and Enrollment Manager at Lincoln Financial Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tia spent over a decade at Cigna, where responsibilities included Operations Advisor, leading the Individual & Family Plans (IFP) quoting and enrollment platforms, and serving as the subject matter expert in associated processes. Tia also held positions as Operations Lead Analyst and Implementation Manager, overseeing critical projects and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, as well as managing teams in claims processing.
