Elizabeth Fortuner

Elizabeth Fortuner is an experienced professional specializing in outreach and support for vulnerable populations, particularly children and youth experiencing homelessness. Currently serving as the ECYEH Outreach and Marketing Program Specialist at Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 since November 2022, Elizabeth focuses on connecting marginalized youth with educational opportunities. Previously, Elizabeth worked as an Employer Outreach Specialist at EDSI, where marketing workforce development services to local businesses was a primary responsibility. Elizabeth has also held roles in community health as a Pediatric Case Manager and as a Program Specialist with Berks County Intermediate Unit #14, supporting educational access under the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. Additionally, Elizabeth's experience includes roles as a Case Manager and Parent Educator at Berks Community Action Program, where the focus was on combating poverty and supporting family development.
