Anthony Grace

Anthony (Tony) Grace is an experienced tax and treasury professional currently serving as Director (Head of), Tax and Treasury at Lincoln International since May 2022. Before this role, Tony held multiple senior positions, including Director of Global Tax Accounting at CNH Industrial, where responsibilities included financial reporting for income taxes under both GAAP and IFRS. Tony also served as Director of Income Tax Accounting at Walgreens, overseeing global financial reporting and internal control requirements, and as Vice President of Tax Accounting and Reporting at Hilton Worldwide, focusing on similar financial and regulatory measures. Earlier experience includes directorial roles in tax accounting at Nalco and Caterpillar Inc., and foundational work as a Tax Manager at PwC. Tony holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
