Mary Weber

Mary Weber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as the Chief Talent Officer at Lincoln International. Earlier, Mary held the position of Chief Talent Officer for North America. Mary began their career as a Summer Intern in Finance and Accounting at Fellowes. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Strategy, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
