Kevin O’leary

Kevin joined Lincoln Investment in 2022 to oversee business activities related to revenue growth and retention, positioning the company for expansion currently and into the future. He joins us following 13 years at TIAA. While there he served in numerous senior roles in the retail channel focused on advisory services supporting the client-advisor relationship and in the institutional 403(b) space supporting the retirement sales process and institutional client engagement model. Most recently, he served as CEO of TIAA Endowment and Philanthropic Services. He’s also held leadership positions at Bank of America and its affiliated businesses of US Trust and the Private Bank, focusing on sales strategy and complex asset management. Kevin started his financial services career working with families as a financial advisor. He is a graduate of Boston College and has served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
