Nancy Caldwell

Nancy Caldwell is currently working as Operations/Business Alignment Director at Lincoln Investment since March 2017. Prior to this, Nancy held various leadership positions at companies like Transamerica, JP Morgan Chase, Smith Kline Beechum/Diversified Pharmaceuticals, The Hartford, and Prudential Insurance. With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Nancy has led large teams, managed budgets, and implemented process improvements in call center operations throughout their career.
