Kristan Weiss

Kristan Weiss currently serves as an Art Educator at Provident Charter School, where a specialized art program is designed to support students with dyslexia and other learning disabilities through multi-sensory instruction and diverse artmaking experiences. In addition, Kristan has been an Art Educator at Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center since 2015, facilitating hands-on art classes for online students aged 5-18, emphasizing art history and various media. Previously, Kristan held roles as an Admissions Representative at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh-Online Division, where the focus was on student recruitment and program understanding, and as a Gallery Attendant at The Andy Warhol Museum, fostering knowledge of Warhol's art and engaging with patrons. Prior experience includes launching an art department at Ridgeview Classical Schools and working as a Software Tester at SISCOM. Kristan holds a BFA in Painting from Carnegie Mellon University.
