Brendan Daley

Brendan Daley is the Vice President of Operations at Lincoln Park Zoo. Brendan has served in this role since July 2021. Prior to their current position, Brendan was the Director of Strategy & Sustainability at the Chicago Park District from February 2008 to July 2021. Before their time at the Chicago Park District, Brendan served as the Deputy Commissioner at the City of Chicago from June 1998 to February 2008. Brendan has dedicated their career to public service and is committed to making a positive impact on their community.

Brendan Daley has a certificate in Civic Leadership from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from Queen's University Belfast, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science and Government from Roosevelt University. Brendan is also certified by the National Recreation and Park Association as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) and by US Green Building as a LEED AP Operations + Maintenance.

Their manager is Kevin Bell, President & CEO. They work with Megan Ross - Zoo Director, Beth Krauss - VP of Marketing & Communications, and Christine Zrinsky - SVP of Development & Government Relations.
