Shay Dalton

Shay Dalton is a Managing Director at Lincoln Recruitment Specialists. Shay has over 25 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and consulting. Prior to joining Lincoln Recruitment Specialists, Shay was a Director at FK International and the founder and director of Accreate. Shay has also been recognised for their work with the Irish Early Career Awards.

Shay Dalton has a Post Graduate Diploma / HDip in Psychological Science from Northumbria University, a Master’s Degree in Management & Organisational Strategy from M.Sc.- Management & Organisational Strategy, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychological Science from the Member of Psychological Society of Ireland. Shay Dalton is also a Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a British Psychological Society (BPS) Social Psychology certified from Wesleyan University and the British Psychological Society Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing from the IMI.
