Our clients select us to resolve their most frustrating security challenges - and entrust us to protect their highest value assets - including airports, trade shows, hospitals, commercial real estate, data centers, and critical infrastructure.

We're typically asked to resolve the ongoing failures of under-performing programs. In an era of market consolidation, security service options have declined and are generally limited to:

• International firms - structured to serve the investment goals of their Private Equity sponsors, grow predominately via acquisition, and whose clients typically suffer limited support and responsiveness.

• Mid-market firms - often led by former executives of the larger firms, using different value propositions but the same operating models. Usually aimed to increase EBITDA and position themselves for acquisition - leaving clients in the same position they started.

Lincoln is distinctively different. Since 2011, we've earned a reputation for principled, bespoke, high-quality services that feature exceptional staff selection, technology, and quality assurance processes.

Unlike most, we invest (heavily) in training, development, and quality assurance. We treat our teams with uncommon care, value, and respect. And we actually “walk the talk” - transparently reporting all performance metrics to our clients.

As a certified Minority Business Enterprise, we are among the largest minority-owned firms in the market. Diversity and inclusion is in our DNA, and we're proud to help clients achieve their diversity goals.

With proven performance in 30+ markets nationally, our success has been recognized by multiple industry awards – including repeated listings among the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies.

As a result, we're consistently selected by discerning clients who need stronger partnerships and solutions to the frustrations that commonly plague the market.
