Jan Kleinhesselink is the co-owner of YinYang Medical Services Inc since 2013, bringing extensive leadership experience in quality improvement and healthcare accreditation. As a surveyor for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) and the Accreditation Association for Hospitals/Health Systems (AAHHS), Jan has contributed to the governance of quality standards, holding a position on the Board of The Institute for Quality Improvement and participating in the AAHHS task force. In addition, Jan serves as the Chief Quality Officer at Lincoln Surgical Hospital, overseeing multiple departments and achieving meaningful use certifications, while the hospital earned the title of Nebraska’s number one hospital by Consumer Reports. Previous roles include Director of Quality Services at Surgical Management Professionals and Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital, where Jan managed critical quality, safety, and regulatory functions.
