Scott Hammer

Scott Hammer is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and vendor relations, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Vendor Manager at Lincoln Waste Solutions since September 2025. Prior to this role, Scott spent several years at Rubicon, where responsibilities included leading vendor relations in the West Region and ensuring quality customer care for enterprise clients. Previous positions at Rubicon also involved collaboration with project teams and managing procurement and customer service. Before that, Scott held roles at Synthio, focusing on account development and customer retention, and at Star Iron & Metal Company, progressing from Business Development Representative to Vice President in a multi-purpose recycling facility.
