Maciej Kotowicz

Maciej Kotowicz is the Managing Director & CEE, Poland at Lincoln Group. Prior to joining Lincoln Group, they were the Regional Program Manager EMEAR at Cisco from June 2021 to June 2022. There, they were responsible for defining and ensuring the execution of Customer eXperience portfolio enablement plans for Sales and Partner teams. Maciej also led large-scale, client-driven projects and developed, designed, and implemented improved business processes and solutions to meet consumer expectations.

From September 2020 to April 2021, Maciej Kotowicz was the Service Sales Lead at Onex Group. Prior to that, they were the Channel Account Executive at Sophos from June 2018 to June 2020 where they were responsible for Channel capacity and capability development (planning and execution), increasing channel sales and coverage, building partners skills, and driving knowledge about Sophos security solutions in resellers community.

Before joining Sophos, Maciej Kotowicz was the Channel Sales Manager at Nokia from May 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, they were the Partner Channel Development Manager at Microsoft from February 2011 to January 2017. Before joining Microsoft, they were the Security Dep. Manager at Veracomp SA from March 2004 to January 2011. Maciej Kotowicz began their career as a Key Account Manager at Unima 2000 Systemy Teleinformatyczne S.A. from October 2002 to February 2004.

Maciej Kotowicz is a Polish engineer who graduated from Warsaw University of Technology with a degree in electrical engineering. Maciej also holds various certifications from Cisco, Sophos, Nokia, and Microsoft Partner Network.
