Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Lincolnshire Co-op is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the operations of the co-operative. Comprising the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief People Officer, the team focuses on enhancing member engagement, driving financial performance, and fostering a positive workplace culture, all while ensuring that profits are reinvested into community initiatives and services for the benefit of their members.
