Sally Marshall

Sally Marshall possesses over two decades of extensive experience in finance and governance within local government. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member and Co-opted Board Member in Finance at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership since February 2021, Sally is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Previously, Sally held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Dacorum Borough Council from July 2008 to November 2020, where responsibilities included serving as the Council's Section 151 Officer and overseeing a wide range of financial and governance services. Additional notable positions include President of the Society of District Council Treasurers from March 2012 to December 2013, and Corporate Head of Finance & Resources at South Kesteven District Council. Sally's educational background includes an MBA in Public Policy from the University of Birmingham, a CPFA from Liverpool John Moores University, and an MCIH from De Montfort University.
