Andrea Bowes is an experienced Enterprise Architect and digital transformation leader with a proven track record across various public sector and private organizations. Currently serving as the Enterprise Architect and Head of Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions at Lincolnshire Police, Andrea has successfully implemented enterprise and data architecture principles, led a substantial directorate restructure, and developed standard technical procurement requirements. Previous roles include Head of ICT & Digital Services at Folkestone & Hythe District Council, where a cloud-first architecture was adopted, and an ICT Data and Information Systems Technical Architect at Lincolnshire County Council, delivering a successful Channel Shift Programme. With a strong educational background, including a Level 7 Apprenticeship in Senior Leadership and an MSc in Multimedia Applications, Andrea Bowes is adept at driving strategic digital initiatives and managing multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.
