Erica Brady

Erica Brady currently serves as the Manager of Programs at Lincolnway Special Recreation Association, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Erica worked at iCan Dream Center NFP, where advancements were made from Operations Coordinator to Director of Operations between May 2021 and May 2023. Erica's extensive experience in recreation includes serving as the Inclusion Services Supervisor at Elmhurst Park District from March 2003 to October 2020. A graduate of the University of St. Francis, Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration with a focus on Therapeutic Recreation between 1998 and 2000.
