Stephanie Haugan

Stephanie Haugan currently serves as the Head of Patron & Technical Services at Lincolnwood Public Library District since August 2021. Previously, Stephanie worked at Independent Publishers Group from January 2018 to June 2021, holding various positions including Data Associate, Operations Associate, and Customer Service Representative, focusing on metadata analysis, EDI handling, and customer support. Stephanie has also gained experience as a Stage Manager for Coffee and Whiskey Productions, and as an Assistant Manager at Barbara's Bookstore, where responsibilities included managing employees and overseeing store operations. Early career roles included positions as a Japanese Teaching Assistant at Loyola University Chicago and a Bakery Clerk at Morningfield's Market. Stephanie Haugan holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Loyola University Chicago.
