Elena Menicocci

Elena Menicocci is an experienced School Library Media Specialist with a strong background in budgeting, purchasing, and collection development across various educational institutions. Currently at Lincolnwood School District 74 since August 2016, Elena manages all library operations, effectively allocating budgets for ongoing and new initiatives. Previous positions include supporting three libraries simultaneously at San Francisco Unified School District and serving as a School Library Media Specialist at Rhodes School 84 and other districts in the Chicago area. Elena's career in library services began as a Senior Page at Park Ridge Public Library, following a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master's degree in Library Information Sciences from Dominican University.
