Diego Araújo has held various roles in the logistics industry since 2011. Diego began their career at Cargo Brasil Ltda as a Gerente de Logística, where they were responsible for managing the commercial and operational aspects of the company's "Aéreo Nacional" unit. Diego was able to reduce costs with airlines, third parties, and representatives. In 2013, they joined Malwee Malhas Ltda. as an Analista PL - Logística, where they were responsible for inbound and outbound logistics of the factory, as well as homologation and contracting of suppliers. Diego was able to implement a TMS, which resulted in a savings of 960,000.00/year. In 2018, they joined HBSIS as an Account Executive - Hunter, followed by LINCROS, where they held various roles including Head of Customer Success and Farmer, Head of Sales, Key Account Manager - Farmer, and Account Executive - Hunter/Farmer. In 2019, they co-founded Müller & Costa Consultoria Logística, and in 2020, they joined Transformação Logística as a Member.

That same year, they began their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Logística from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they are still pursuing. In 2020, they earned a certification in HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a certification in Sales from Gestão 4.0.
