Kathryn Kerrigan

Kathryn Kerrigan has a diverse background in management and operational roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Volunteer Manager at Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance since March 2023, Kathryn previously worked at YMCA Lincolnshire as Operation Project Manager and Interim Project Manager from December 2019 to March 2023, where support was provided to staff and residents during a transitional phase at the Nomad Centre. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Delivery at The EBP, where Kathryn managed youth programs and events, and a lengthy tenure at The Danwood Group, progressing through several managerial roles including Service Centre Operations Manager and Technical Services Manager. Earlier careers included positions at National Schoolwear Centres and Retail Tagging Organisation Ltd, along with foundational roles in hospitality. Kathryn's education includes training at Elmhurst Ballet School and Southwell Minster School.
