Claus Heje Olesen

Claus Heje Olesen has extensive experience in the real estate and banking sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Boligchef and Byggerådgiver at Lind og Risør A/S since 2004, Claus is responsible for the sales of individual homes and row/clustering houses, overseeing projects from sales to completion. Previously, Claus worked as a certified real estate agent and valuer at Home from 2001 to 2004, focusing on sales and evaluations primarily in Gladsaxe municipality. Prior to that, Claus held a similar role at Danbolig Niels Hald from 1997 to 2001, where significant contributions included leadership and establishment of the Østerbro branch. Claus's career began at Danske Bank, where extensive experience in mortgage advisory was gained over a ten-year period. Claus is also educated in finance, having completed studies at Niels Brock.
