Kayla Prasek

Kayla Prasek currently serves as an English Language Arts Academic Recovery Teacher at Watertown School District 14-4 since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kayla was a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Hamlin Education Center from January 2023 to May 2023. Kayla has significant experience in public relations and journalism, having worked as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Linda Costa Communications Group from August 2018 to August 2022 and at Uproar PR from February 2017 to August 2018, respectively. Earlier positions include reporting roles at Prairie Business magazine, The Public Opinion, and multiple internships at various publications. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Contemporary Media and Journalism from the University of South Dakota.
