Xiaowen Song

Xiaowen (Nancy) Song, LL.M., is an accomplished legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Currently serving as a Partner and Junior Partner at Linda Liu & Partners since February 2011, Xiaowen has been instrumental in the firm's recognition as one of the top IP law firms in China, particularly known for its association with Wei Chixue Law Firm for IP litigations. As Group Leader of the firmwide US/EP Group, Xiaowen contributes to the firm's expertise in patent attorney services. Xiaowen also gained experience as a Student Associate at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic at Santa Clara University School of Law and worked as a Senior Patent Engineer at MediaTek, where responsibilities included patent prosecution and prior art searches. Educationally, Xiaowen holds an LL.M. in IP law from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
