Ricky L M.

Ricky L M. has extensive work experience in contracting and business development roles. Ricky L started their career in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Officer and served until 2001. After that, they worked as a Regional Vice President for America's CAR-MART, Inc., where they successfully managed operations for over 10 locations and saw an increase in profitability. Ricky then joined RPh on the Go as a Contract Manager and Business Development Manager, where they significantly increased revenue. Ricky L later worked at Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute as the Director of the Office of Research Contracts, overseeing a large number of projects and managing a team of over 30 people. Ricky also worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in federal grants, contracts, and business development. Ricky L then joined Lexmark International, Inc. as a Senior Manager, Federal Contracts, and subsequently joined Boston Government Services, LLC as the Director of Contracts. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Contracts and Business Integration at Lindahl Reed Inc.

Ricky L M. began their education in 1997 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management. Ricky L completed their studies at the college in 2001.

In addition to their degree, Ricky L M. has obtained several certifications. In April 1998, they achieved the Acquisition Professional Development Program (DAWIA) Level III in Purchasing from the Defense Acquisition University. In March 1998, they also obtained the Acquisition Professional Development Program (DAWIA) Level II in Contracting from the same institution.

Most recently, in March 2021, Ricky L M. obtained the certification titled "Humble Inquiry: The Gentle Art of Asking Instead of Telling (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn.
