Simon Matthews

Simon Matthews has over 15 years of work experience in the energy services industry. Simon is currently the Vice President of Energy Services at Lindahl Reed Inc., where they provide oversight and management of contracts, clients, and employees. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Energy Services at the same company, where they were responsible for client interaction, business development, and technical project management. Before joining Lindahl Reed Inc., Simon worked at Energy Resources USA as the Director of Utility Programs & RFP Project Development, where they developed and sold energy conservation services to government agencies and large commercial customers. Earlier in their career, they were a Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech EM Inc., where they managed multiple large contracts and led the development of energy efficiency projects. Simon's expertise includes personnel management, financial management, client relations, proposal development, and project execution.

Simon Matthews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in the field of energy and environmental management. Simon is a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), both obtained in 2009 from the Association of Energy Engineers. Simon also holds a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification, obtained in 2008 from the same institution. Additionally, Simon is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), which they gained in 2006 from the U.S. Green Building Council.
