Callender's achievements include the development of innovative dealer recruitment programs and successful collaborations resulting in award-winning housing projects across multiple continents. Prior to Lindal Cedar Homes, Callender held various positions in financial services, such as Export Manager at The Bank of Tokyo Trust Co., Ltd. and Equity Analyst at Société Générale Securities Ltd. Additionally, Callender holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a BA in International Studies from the University of Washington, and a certificate in Japan Studies from Waseda University.
