Rob McCalman

Rob McCalman is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in performance marketing and digital strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Marketing at MrQ since November 2024, Rob previously held similar leadership roles at DUSK.com and Flutter Entertainment Plc, where responsibilities included overseeing digital performance and search initiatives for Paddy Power. With additional experience at Ryman Stationery, The Hut Group, Kaplan UK, Interact Software, International Personal Finance Plc, and Freedom Finance Ltd, Rob has developed a comprehensive skill set in digital marketing management and acquisition strategies. Rob holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing from CIM and a bachelor's degree in Business Studies with Marketing Management from the University of Salford.
