Max Duque

Max Duque is a seasoned supply chain and procurement leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as SVP Supply Chain & Procurement at Lindblad Expeditions since September 2025, Max previously held multiple senior roles at Carnival Corporation from 2018 to 2025, including SVP and Chief Supply Chain Officer for North America Brands, where oversight included end-to-end supply chain and strategic sourcing for several cruise lines. Prior to that, Max worked at Millicom (Tigo) as VP Supply Chain & CPO, leading procurement and logistics for one of Colombia's largest telecom companies. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Bausch & Lomb, and A.T. Kearney, as well as a consulting position at Kurt Salmon. Max holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
