Ally Pace is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human capital, executive search, sales operations, and business development. Currently holding the position of Vice President of Human Capital at Linden Capital Partners, Ally also has experience as a Senior Associate specializing in executive search at Oxeon Partners. Previous roles include Sales Operations Manager and Chief of Staff at axialHealthcare, as well as a Marketing and Campaigns Assistant at Ascension.
