Justine Reynolds

Justine joined the team at Linder Myers in September 2021 as a Solicitor in the Family department. Before qualifying in 2009, Justine had previously worked as a paralegal in 2006 and was offered a training contract in 2007, it was during this time Justine knew family law was the area she wanted to specialise within.

Justine has a wide range of experience including dealing with divorce and dissolution of marriage, separation and cohabitation disputes and also matrimonial finances dealing with clients from low to high net worth backgrounds. In addition to this, Justine deals with private law children act matters ranging from advising on issues such as child arrangements concerning residence, contract, relocation and special guardianship orders as well as injunctive matters.

Having worked within Family Law for over 15 years, running both a pro-bono clinic at a local housing association during her training contract and working for firms which provided legal aid, Justine has handled within the region of over 600 cases across this time.

Justine is on the committee for Cheshire & North wales, having previously held the position of chair for three years before handing the baton over to someone else. She also sits on the executive counsel of Chester Business Club.
