Neil Fearn

Neil Fearn is the Group Head of Dispute Resolution at Linder Myers. Neil has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in clinical negligence and class action cases.

Neil Fearn began their career as a lawyer at Simpson Millar in 2006, where they quickly rose to partner. Neil gained recognition for their work in obstetric claims leading to neurological trauma, and was mentioned in Legal 500 in 2014. In 2015, they were mentioned in Chambers and Partners for their work in cerebral or Erb's palsy claims arising from birth injury.

In 2017, Neil Fearn left Simpson Millar to become the CEO of Pryers Solicitors LLP. Neil oversaw the company for four years before joining Linder Myers in 2021.

Neil Fearn completed an LLB (Hons) in Law at Staffordshire University.
