Rachel Sieracke

Rachel Sieracke is currently an Event Architect at Linder. Rachel was previously a Project Manager at JoinIn from August 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were an Event Manager at CSI DMC from June 2016 to May 2020, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the creative, financial, and logistic process of event operations, including client expectations, scheduling and payment of vendors, supervision of staff, collaboration with industry partners, and organization of permits, travel itineraries, and curb service. Successfully executed operations for 126 clients to-date.

Ensured timely billing and accuracy of Profit and Loss Statements via Microsoft Excel using formulas, filters, and shortcuts. Wrote and participated in sales pitches and client presentations across the country.

Awarded 2018 Top Client Satisfaction Award. Rachel began their career in event planning as an Event Associate at CSI- Capitol Services, Inc., a DMC Network Company from May 2015 to August 2015. Rachel then interned as an Event Planning Intern at Bowling Green State University Center for Leadership from December 2013 to May 2016.

Rachel Sieracke has a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Development with a concentration in Tourism, Leisure, and Event Planning from Bowling Green State University. Rachel also has various certifications in Event Management, including a certification from the Event Leadership Institute in Pandemic On-Site Protocol Training, a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council, a Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification from PCMA, and a Cvent Event Management certification from Cvent.
