Rikke Pedersen

Rikke Pedersen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Head of IT at Lindhardt og Ringhof Forlag since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rikke held several leadership positions at Oticon from June 2012 to March 2023, including Head of Retail IT, Sales and Operations, and Head of the Business Consultants Team, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, executing large-scale global ERP implementations, and driving business transformation initiatives. Rikke began the career at NNIT A/S in various roles, including Business Consultant and System Manager, and earlier worked as an HR Assistant at Brüel og Kjær and an IT Employee at Glaxo Smithkline. Rikke holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School, a Business and Life Coach certificate from Sofia Manning, and a Datamatiker degree from Niels Brock.
