Tina Cruz

Celestina (Tina) Cruz is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance across CBC and CBHomecare. Tina leads quality improvement initiatives, develops plans to ensure regulatory compliance and leads the development of training programs for their team across CBC.

Prior to joining CBC she was the Chief Nursing Officer for a large multi-state home health company. She previously served as their VP of Clinical Services as well as the Chief Compliance Officer. Tina holds her BSN and MSN from Seattle University and she obtained her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to practice in New York state.
