Kari Harkins

Kari Harkins currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at LWI, a position held since June 2023, after a nearly decade-long tenure at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse where roles included Vice President Operations and Market Leader. Prior to that, Kari held several leadership positions at Bath & Body Works and White Barn, including Vice President of Stores for the North Zone, and at Victoria's Secret Stores, with titles such as RM/Director of Store Operations and District Manager. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.
