Kristina Caddick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in proposal management, technical publications, and product specialization. Currently serving as a Proposal Specialist at Lindsay Construction since October 2020, Kristina previously held the position of Director of Programs at Eleanor Beaton & Company in 2020. From 2015 to 2020, Kristina worked at IMP Aerospace & Defence as a Technical Publications Project Manager, overseeing CH149 C-IETP and ACH Orion III program publications. Kristina's career began at eQx Systems, where a role as a Technical Writer transitioned into a Product Specialist position, encompassing technical writing, marketing communications, and software development support. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Saint Mary's University, alongside credentials in Marketing Management from Dalhousie University and Applied Information Technology from Nova Scotia Community College.
