Arun Kesavan

Arun Kesavan has extensive work experience in product management and development, focusing on Industrial IoT products, connected solutions, and smart products. Arun has held leadership positions at Lindsay Corporation, ESCO Corporation, Joy Global, and Caterpillar Inc.

At Lindsay Corporation, Kesavan served as the Director of Product Management, where they led product managers and cross-functional teams in the development of innovative solutions and products. Arun also developed a long-term strategy for the business, focusing on Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) instead of individual hardware within an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model.

During their time at ESCO Corporation, Kesavan held the role of Director of Smart Products, leading the development of digital solutions and driving revenue growth. Arun engaged with customers and dealers to promote digital solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure customer success. In these roles, they managed the development of next-generation off-highway trucks, led the design and manufacturing support of hydraulic systems, and developed EH demand fan drive systems and EH brake controls.

Arun also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, which they completed in 1993.
